While wearing a bra, place the tape measure across your back, under your arms, and across the fullest part of your bust.
2. Size
Place the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest part. The tape measure should be snug but not too tight.
3. Hips
Place the measuring tape over your hip, around the widest part.
